If inside 30 days of use, you are not satisfied with the product and would like a refund, contact the Prestige Labs team by calling 1-800-470-7560 Monday-Friday 9 AM-5 PM CST. Our support team will gladly help you out with the refund process.
Upon request of a refund for items, the refund will be granted and credited back to the account it was initially charged to no later than seven business days after the request. It may take up to 3-5 working days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end and for your account to reflect the credit.
If you find you are not satisfied with our products and you are on a monthly subscription, you are responsible for making edits and/or canceling your subscription 14 days before the renewal date. This can be done by logging into your account at customer.prestigelabs.com or calling 1-800-470-7560 Monday-Friday 9 AM-5 PM CST. Prestige Labs will not be responsible for refunding subscription renewals, which have not been edited or canceled within the allotted time frame.
If you did not wish to be on a subscription and you received a subscription renewal order, please refer to your local affiliate who initially signed you up to receive Prestige Labs supplements.
What if I want to return a product that I have already opened?
Prestige Labs does not have the ability to accept returned products. If you are unsatisfied with the product, please see the above policies regarding product refunds. Must be within 30 days of purchase.
What if I purchase a bulk order?
We encourage all of our customers to try our products first before purchasing them in bulk. We are happy to provide additional cost savings to our loyal customers who enjoy our products. Due to our 30-day refund policy, any bulk orders of 3, 6, or 12-month products will only be eligible for a refund up to 1 month supply of that specific product.
What if I do not like the product flavor?
We are happy to provide an exchange for any product in which you did not enjoy the flavor. We can offer an alternate flavor and/or a different product of equal or lesser value.
What if I want to change or cancel my order?
Within minutes of placing your order, someone from the Prestige Labs team may be picking and packing your order. In order to change or cancel your order, you must do so before it ships.
What if my package says it was delivered, but the package did not arrive?
Prestige Labs is not responsible for the delivery of the package once the carrier (USPS or FedEx) takes possession of the item. You will need to file a claim with the carrier.
What if I typed the wrong address and/or purchased the wrong products?
Prestige Labs is not responsible for packages with incorrect address entry or incorrect products ordered. Prestige Labs does not cover reorder or re-shipping costs for incorrect address entry on orders or incorrect products purchased.
What if my Dr. advises against me using Prestige Labs products?
You are responsible for discussing any supplement use with your Dr. prior to placing an order with us. Prestige Labs will not refund for supplements that a Dr. advises against using after the product has already been purchased.

What do I do if the order arrives damaged or incomplete?
If you notice an issue with your order, please report it at 1-800-470-7560 or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours. We will not be able to address any issues that are reported after that time frame.
Please provide photos and as much detail as possible when reporting any issues so we can help take care of you.
What happens if the order is lost in transit?
