What if I experience a reaction or have a side effect?

How old should someone be to take supplements?
Prestige Labs Supplements should be used by people 18 and over.

How does prestige ensure quality in the products?
We practice multiple levels of quality assurance testing throughout every step of the supply chain. This process begins with our intensive vetting process of certified ingredient providers, followed by direct raw material testing and retention of all raw material samples for up to three years.

What is the difference between tablets, capsules, soft gels?
Tablets are compressed raw material that uses naturally occurring binders to maintain shape.
Capsules are two interlocking pieces of gelatin that contain all of the ingredients inside.
Soft gels are made from a soft layer of gelatin and are normally used for supplements that have liquid-based ingredients to preserve quality.

When do the supplements expire?
Capsules, soft gels, powders, and tablets have a two-year shelf-life under proper storage conditions.

Are these products natural?
Every Prestige product contains exclusively naturally occurring ingredients.

What if I’m pregnant?
Make sure to consult your physician before starting any exercise, nutrition, and dietary supplement regimen.

What do I eat with these products?
All products are OK to consume on an empty stomach. If stomach discomfort occurs, then consuming with food is just fine.

Do any of these products contain allergens? (Same as gluten/soy/dairy/vegan question)
Some of these products may contain allergens, consult the label on the individual product of interest or reach out to our support team to answer any allergen questions you may have.

Do they contain MSG?
None of the products contain monosodium glutamine as an active ingredient.

What is the best way to use Prestige Labs' products?

How do I store the products? (temperature)
All Prestige Labs' products are best stored in a cool dark place.

Where are your supplements manufactured?
All supplements are manufactured in a Certified GMP and FDA registered facilities.

What if I don’t swallow pills well?
Tablets can be cut by a tablet cutting machine if they are uncomfortable to swallow at their natural size. You can also break the pill capsule and stir it into a glass of water.

How long before I see results?

Can these supplements stop medicines from working?
Consult your pharmacist and/or doctor before using any combination of dietary supplements and medications.

Are all the ingredients on the label?
Yes. Multiple levels of quality control and multiple years of backlogged samples make sure this is the case.

Capsules are made of vegetable-based gelatin.

How many meals can fit into a perishable box?
The smallest perishable food box holds ten meals, the medium holds 12, and the largest holds 24. All of your meals will arrive in one of our standard box sizes.

What if I have food allergies?
We make every effort and use best practices to avoid cross-contamination, but we cannot guarantee that there won’t be any cross-contamination with your meals. If you have any food allergens, we urge you to use caution when ordering Done for You Meals, as some of our meals do contain common allergens such as peanuts, nuts, dairy, and wheat and may come in contact during the preparation process.
If you suffer from food allergies, we encourage you to contact us ahead of time as we are happy to address any questions or concerns you may have and inform you which meals are allergen-free.

Are your meals Gluten-Free?
Yes, all of our meals are Gluten-Free.

Are the meals USDA certified?
We are USDA compliant but not certified. We are FDA and state-certified.

What meal plan options do you have?
We have three meal plans available for you to choose from, eight meals per week starting at $127.92, 12 meals per week starting at $191.88, and our final choice is 24 meals per week starting at $383.76.
*The prices vary depending on the meals you choose. We have standard, deluxe, premium, and vegan/premium options, which will change the price of your order.

How are the meals seasoned?
The meals are lightly seasoned with no sauce; we wanted to make these customizable for different palates.

What is the shelf life of the meals?
You have roughly 5-10 days to keep them in the refrigerator. However, to extend the shelf life of the meals, you can freeze them for up to 6 months, which is what many of our customers do.

How fresh are the meals?
All meals are prepared and cooked fresh by our chefs the day before they are delivered.

What are the heating instructions?
The heating instructions for each meal are written on the label of the meal for your convenience.

How much protein is in each meal?
The amount of protein for each meal ranges from 24g - 48g, depending on the meals you choose.

Is the Packaging Eco Friendly?
Yes. All of our packaging and containers are Eco Friendly!

Where does Done for You Meals ship to?
We ship to all 50 states except rural parts of Hawaii and Alaska. If you are unsure if you can receive FedEx deliveries, please call us to inquire about your zip code, and we will happily confirm for you.

Does Done for You Meals ship to hotels?
Yes, as long as the hotel is in the United States. We cannot ship to any International locations at this time. You will need to place your order a minimum of two days prior to the date of your arrival by 2 pm CST. If the room is not under your name and is under the name of a spouse, mother, brother, etc. make sure you include that name as part of the shipping address. Most hotels will not accept a package if the name on the package does not match up with the name on the reservation. All we ask is that you inform your hotel the day prior to arrival that you will be expecting a package.

When should I expect to receive my meals?
Delivery schedule:
Order Monday before 2 pm CST and your meals will ship Tuesday and delivered Wednesday
Order Tuesday before 2 pm CST and your meals will ship Wednesday and delivered Thursday
Order Wednesday before 2 pm CST and your meals will ship Thursday and delivered Friday
Order Thursday before 2 pm CST and your meals will ship Monday and delivered Tuesday
Order Sunday before 2 pm CST and your meals will ship Monday and delivered Tuesday
Order Sunday after 2 pm CST and your meals will ship Tuesday and delivered by Wednesday

How are the meals packaged during transit?
The meals are packaged in an eco-friendly cooler bag inside a standard shipping container. We add dry ice to the bag to ensure the meals are fresh and cold when they are delivered to your desired location.
